I love God and being able to share His love with others.
Spending time with friends and family is my hobby. I love being around people.
One of my favorite pastimes, particularly when it's warm out, is going on walks with my husband.
I would pick a tropical vacation destination any day (sometimes I think I might live in the wrong state).
For my down time, I enjoy time journaling or a good show to watch.
Candid conversations are my favorite, genuineness and honesty win when building connections with others.
It brings me joy to plan events for others to enjoy and build connections!
My desire is for clients to feel heard and understood. There are so many times in life when things feel confusing, like walls are caving in or pain feels as though it is becoming too hard to bear. My hope is that during our time together there will be even a small sense of freedom from the weight that you carry, through understanding of your own thoughts and feelings or just simply being heard… maybe for what feels like the first time in your life. If integrating a faith-based approach to the work that we do is desired, I am more than happy to incorporate that into our journey together. I am passionate about meeting you where you are and sitting with you as you begin this journey of healing in your life.
I work primarily with teen girls and young adult women who are struggling with anxiety, stress, life changes and chronic illnesses. There can be so much change and stress during the teen and young adult years, especially for females. My desire is to help walk alongside you during those life changes that feel heavier than you’d like. I also have lived much of my life with chronic illness and have experienced first hand what it looks like to live with constant pain and discomfort. My hope in sharing this, is that my story may be able to bring hope to others that may be struggling and traveling a road they never expected to be on.
