Most commercial plans

Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Priority Health, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, and ASR (coverage varies by clinician). Self-pay available. We don’t accept Medicare or Medicaid.

Byron Center & telehealth

In person at 7740 Byron Center Ave SW, and secure telehealth anywhere in Michigan. Zeeland office opening January 2027.
