Trauma therapy with EMDR

Regaining control of your life.

Trauma is more than a memory — it’s a constant presence influencing every part of your life.

Maybe it’s the way your heart races when a particular song plays or how a familiar scent pulls you back to a moment you wish you could forget. You might find yourself on edge, always anticipating disaster, or detached and simply going through the motions.

Living like this, reliving your worst moments, can feel like an endless cycle. But it doesn’t have to.

Now, imagine breaking that loop.

Now, imagine breaking that loop.

Imagine waking up without the heavy weight of dread. A trigger song might play, but instead of panic, you feel indifference. Picture walking into a crowded room without needing to scan the exits or brace for every noise.

With EMDR therapy, you can move from just surviving to truly enjoying life. Laugh with friends. Dive into your passions. Find peace in your daily moments.

Our practice is here to help you take action. With EMDR, we confront trauma directly, rewiring your brain to reduce its hold on you.

What is EMDR?

Turn pain into power: change “I can’t handle this” to “I’ve got this.”

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy designed to help your brain heal from trauma.

When you experience something traumatic, your brain can get stuck, causing those memories to feel as intense as the day they happened. EMDR uses a technique called bilateral stimulation — like guided eye movements or taps — to help your brain reprocess these memories, making them less distressing.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, you don’t have to dive deep into the details of the trauma. Instead, EMDR focuses on helping your brain naturally heal so you can move on without being held back by the past.
