Deep conversations > small talk
Always down for a hike, no matter the season
Finds peace in quiet mornings and strong coffee
Equal parts grounded and sarcastic
I think way too much about what makes people tick
Finds therapy in the kitchen
I believe in showing up, keeping it real, and not pretending to have it all figured out
Life can be messy, and navigating it doesn’t always come with a clear path. That’s why I bring patience, authenticity, and deep respect to the therapy process, meeting you exactly where you are. Whether you’re facing trauma, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, or big life changes, my role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experience and start to feel more grounded.
I offer a calm, down-to-earth space where you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface, at your own pace and without judgment. My work is rooted in evidence-based practices and a relational approach, helping you better understand yourself, process what you’ve been through, and develop tools to move forward with clarity and strength. My clinical training includes EMDR for trauma and anxiety, and I draw from mindfulness, emotion-focused work, and practical strategies tailored to your goals.
I support both teens and adults through a wide range of challenges, including depression, grief, anger, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I’m currently completing the ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) training, allowing me to better support clients navigating emotional regulation and executive functioning alongside anxiety. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, reaching out is a powerful first step, and I’d be honored to support you in the process.
