How it works

Real therapy from home in Metro Detroit.

The practical part

Sessions run through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video link. You need a private spot, decent internet, and a phone or computer with a camera. Sessions run 53+ minutes, and first sessions are usually within about a week of your free consult.
Evening times are available with select clinicians, which helps around a commute.

Coverage & cost

Your insurance works for video, too.

All clinicians take Blue Cross (including MESSA) and Aetna; most take Priority Health; some take Blue Care Network and UnitedHealthcare/Optum. Sessions are $160 (53+ minutes) and the intake is $220 if you pay yourself. HSA/FSA cards work, and we provide superbills for out-of-network plans. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.
