I believe counseling is a collaborative journey — a team effort rooted in openness, honesty, and a genuine connection within the therapeutic relationship.
Healing often means working through our past, easing the uneasiness, and reducing the feelings of angst or distress that brought us here. That process takes time, patience, and a willingness to develop and follow a plan that aligns with your goals. My role is to offer insight and practical tools to support these changes — tools you can use not only in the present, but also when facing future challenges along the way.
I take a holistic approach to counseling, exploring the physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental aspects of your life. Each of these areas shapes how we respond to situations, make decisions, and relate to others, and together, we’ll work toward greater balance and understanding across them all.
